Range USA Arlington

I have been a member for a few months now, and have had nothing But exceptional service. Every single member has always been accommodating and friendly. Recently I ordered a shotgun off of Palmetto State Armory, and had it delivered to this location. Upon receiving my firearm, they gave me a courtesy call to say it was ready, and I went into the store to pick it up. I have served eight years in the military and I’m currently in state due to active duty status and provided the same paperwork I have bought many firearms with in the past through multiple different firearm dealers across multiple states. These documents include my paychecks, my orders, and my military ID that all are proof obviously that I have served. The female manager at this location has been nothing but disrespectful and rude and claims now that all of the documentation that I have provided is not legitimate when she doesn’t even look like she’s ever even seen orders let alone Served. To have my military status questioned and everything I have done in Selfless service thrown out by someone who doesn’t even bother to give me the time of day shows what kind of manager she is. I have no issue with range USA, but if you see this manager in store, turn and walk out, she’s worth the time that she bothered to give me. None. She did nothing but interrupt me, continue to claim that the documents were not legitimate, and try to walk away multiple times, despite me, still showing her more paperwork and documentation that does nothing but prove her wrong. It’s just another case of someone with a power trip on some false pedestal. She even claims that their “compliance officer “says that they aren’t legitimate orders as well, but at the end of the day, I know that they are in the wrong and I will bring my service elsewhere. It’s just unfortunate that I have to go back through the process of sending the shotgun back to Palmetto and then sending it to literally any other license firearm dealer that knows legitimate military orders when they see them.

This place is a rip off. Signed my husband up for class and due to a schedule change that was beyond his control could not make the class. We were told several times we could just pay the additional $25 to reschedule. We were to go online do a form and we would receive a contact back to reschedule. That never happen. My husband even went up the day of the class but they said due to strict regulations he can't miss one minute of the class and he was only 10-15 min late.. He did not get upset or argue he just said in order not to lose my $50 what can I do. Scott (the manager) told him several times he would get an email once he completed form and just pay the $25. Well after not receiving the email within the time frame promised call the range and spoke with Scott again and he acted as if he had no clue of what we were talking about. He didn't even try to help or provide assistance. When we asked for a corporal number he said he would have to log in to get us information. This guy and place is a joke. Save your money or they will steal your money... No refund or options provided.. My husband still has not been offered any resolution. Don't go here please. Read the other reviews prior to choosing this place.

I've been a member since shoot point blank. Since range usa took over its been a horrible experience. I've brought all my family members to this location to shoot. Came in today and was treated as if I wasn't a customer. I understand if rules have changed with new management. The employees were very rude and disrespectful. I've been a member longer than some of these employees have worked this new company. The shoot point blank employees were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I will be canceling my membership.

Be careful placing online orders. Their website will show they have a product “in stores”. I ordered a piece that showed to be in stores, as soon as I ordered it I received a message stating the item was on back order and no time frame when it would be available. The explanation provided was they actually did have the item in stores, but the ones in the store were on layaway and not available for sale. Even 2 days after my order the product still showed on their website as available in stores. There was zero effort made to get this resolved with me, instead I was pushed to just cancel my order and order something else. After this experience why would I order something else? You didn’t want my business the first time and I have zero faith in the information provided on the website in regards to what’s available “in stores”.

Nice place and great staff nothing bad to say about this place but I was a convicted felon and was released in 2012 and completing parole in 2016, Texas state law affirms that I’m elige to purchase a firearm for protection as long as it’s in my home, I was denied this at this location without them running my background, the manager went based of the question that I answered yes for being a convicted felon. His excuse was since Range USA is big corporation that the manager didn’t allow it, I would like some feedback.
